1. Introduction of traditional vertical mill

Before introducing the new vertical mill, we first introduce the traditional vertical mill. The vertical mill is a mill that integrates grinding and drying. It adopts the principle of grinding roller and disc crushing, which can grind ore to a fineness of 400 mesh. Vertical mills are widely used in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, cement, chemical industry, and non-metallic minerals. They are often used to process cement raw materials, clinker, lime powder for power desulfurization, slag powder, gypsum, and calcite.

2. What are the new vertical mills?

There are two main types of new vertical mills: vertical superfine mills and ring roller mills.

The vertical ultrafine mill is developed on the basis of the vertical mill. It adopts a dynamic and static combined classifier, which can crush materials to 325-2500 mesh. It is mainly used for grinding and processing of non-metallic ores such as limestone, calcite, marble, kaolin, and bentonite.

The ultra-fine ring roller mill adopts the extrusion crushing principle of grinding rollers and grinding rings, and has multiple functions such as rolling, grinding, and impacting. It is mainly used for superfine grinding of talc, calcite, kaolin, bentonite, carbon and other ores. The grinding fineness can reach 3250 mesh.
