Recommended limestone grinding mill:
Suitable for the super fine grinding of all kinds of crisp materials whose Moh’s hardness is below 7.
Such as calcium carbonate, barite, dolomite, calcite, limestone, kaolin, bentonite, marble, gypsum, quartz, feldspar, clay, talc, fluorite, white mud, mica, refractory material, glass, total about 1000 kinds of materials.
Can be used in more than 300 kinds of stone materials powder making, including: calcium carbonate, dolomite, feldspar, marble, barite, talc, carbon black, gypsum, calcite and so on.
Input Size: Below 30 mm.
Output Size: Could be adjusted between 50-500 mesh.
Capacity: According to your fineness choose, the capacity is about 1-30 t/h.
Process flow of limestone grinding mill:
In the process of limestone production and processing, mills (Raymond mill, high-pressure mill or ultrafine grinding mill, etc.), jaw crushers, hammer crushers, impact crushers, sand making machines and other equipment are mainly used.
After the crusher crushes the bulky raw materials to the required feed size, the bucket elevator transports the materials to the storage bin, and then the electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly sends them to the grinding cavity of the main machine. The materials are in the grinding chamber. Grind between the roller and the grinding ring to achieve the purpose of making powder.
The powder after grinding is carried by the airflow of the fan to the analyzer to select the powder, and the fine powder that meets the required fineness enters the large cyclone collector with the airflow through the pipe, where it is separated and collected, and then discharged through the unloader to become the finished powder. The air flow is sucked into the blower by the return air pipe at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. Unsatisfactory powder is thrown by the blades to the outer wall and separated from the air flow, and the coarse powder falls into the grinding chamber due to gravity for regrind. The entire air flow system of this machine is closed and circulating, and it flows in a state of positive and negative pressure.
