Process flow of limestone grinding mill:

In the process of limestone production and processing, mills (Raymond mill, high-pressure mill or ultrafine grinding mill, etc.), jaw crushers, hammer crushers, impact crushers, sand making machines and other equipment are mainly used.

After the crusher crushes the bulky raw materials to the required feed size, the bucket elevator transports the materials to the storage bin, and then the electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly sends them to the grinding cavity of the main machine. The materials are in the grinding chamber. Grind between the roller and the grinding ring to achieve the purpose of making powder.

The powder after grinding is carried by the airflow of the fan to the analyzer to select the powder, and the fine powder that meets the required fineness enters the large cyclone collector with the airflow through the pipe, where it is separated and collected, and then discharged through the unloader to become the finished powder. The air flow is sucked into the blower by the return air pipe at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. Unsatisfactory powder is thrown by the blades to the outer wall and separated from the air flow, and the coarse powder falls into the grinding chamber due to gravity for regrind. The entire air flow system of this machine is closed and circulating, and it flows in a state of positive and negative pressure.

Limestone grinding mill equipment maintenance:

1. The refueling time of the main shaft of the limestone grinding mill is once per shift, but it must be noted that if the oil in the oil cup is not lost or the loss is too slow, the oil passage should be cleaned immediately.

2. It is strictly forbidden for metal blocks to enter the limestone grinding mill, otherwise it will damage the grinding roller, grinding ring, and even the hanger.

3. Feeding should be even, and not over and under. Too much material will block the air duct, reduce the output, and easily burn the motor. Too little material will also feed the output.

4. Air volume adjustment: The air volume control valve located on the air inlet pipe of the fan is generally opened to a slightly larger position and adjusted appropriately according to the fineness and output requirements. The regulating valve located on the exhaust pipe of the exhaust gas outlet can be adjusted to the inlet where no dust is sprayed.

5. Fineness adjustment: According to the size, hardness, water content, and specific gravity of the material, the processing thickness is also different. The upper analyzer can be adjusted to achieve high speed and high fineness; low speed and low fineness.

6. The scrap limit of the grinding ring of the mill roller, the remaining small wall thickness shall not be less than 10mm.

7. When stopping, stop feeding first, and the main engine will continue to work to make the remaining abrasive continue to grind. After about one minute, you can turn off the main engine motor and analyzer motor, stop the grinding work, and finally stop the fan motor.
